About the Event

If there is a God, surely He has made His presence known so that anyone - young or old, scholar or schoolchild - can find Him.  Therefore, this August, Fullness of Truth invites you to their exciting 20th Annual Catholic Family Summer Conference entitled “Beyond a Reasonable Doubt: Beholding the Evidence of God!” at the newly-renovated Hyatt Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas, August 21st – 23rd, 2026.  Renown speakers include: CHRIS STEFANICK (wildly popular Author & Founder/Host of “Real Life Catholic”); DR. EDWARD SRI (dynamic Augustine Institute Author & Theologian); PATTY SCHNEIER (spunky Catholic Evangelist, Podcaster & Radio Host); EMILY WILSON (social media phenom & Author); FR. KEN GERACI (Missionary Preacher & deliverance ministry); FR. DAVID HUST (Houston’s powerhouse preacher); and with the sacred music of DAVE & LAUREN MOORE.  This awesome weekend event kicks off right with a Friday evening Family Fun Night, and offers an engaging Saturday Youth Track and an intimate Saturday evening Annual Benefit Dinner, all at a unique, family-friendly destination.  Our Conference will convince you that belief in God is both reasonable and rational - a matter of fact - and not just of faith.

The Catholic Church has always taught that it’s possible to know that God exists on the basis of reason alone.  There is a natural desire within each of us to know the reasons behind what we observe, and what we believe.  St. Paul specifically mentions this in his Letter to the Romans and argues that the pagans are without excuse because God’s existence can be known simply by observing the natural world.  This conference will vindicate the view of the greatest philosophers of the past-- thinkers like Aristotle, Plotinus, Augustine, Aquinas, and others, that the existence of God can be established with certainty by way of purely rational arguments.

The beautiful insights and clear explanations of our Presenters will help stir your mind to the inspiring truth of the spiritual realities at the center of human existence.  You will then become more attentive to grace, more confident in God’s presence, and along the way, you will find yourself falling more deeply in love with Him.  Heaven is closer than you think, and miracles are still unfolding—starting with you.  Don’t miss it!

Emily Wilson

Emily was encouraged by her third-grade teacher to get up and sing in front of the whole church at the age of 7. With continued support from her high school choir teacher, she started leading music regularly. She planned to become a sports broadcaster and earned a degree in broadcast journalism at ASU, but after reading On the Dignity and Vocation of Women (Mulieris Dignitatem), she felt a powerful call to use her education in speaking and presenting to spread the Gospel.

After working for two years as a full-time high school campus minister, Emily made the transition to full- time traveling ministry beginning in 2013. She has spoken, hosted, and played music at dozens of national and international youth, young adult, and women’s events in two dozen states and numerous countries, including FOCUS, Life Teen, Steubenville, NCYC, the Australian and Swiss Youth Festivals, and many more.  She has presented at universities around the Nation including the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Florida, George Mason University, University of California, Berkeley and dozens more.

In the summer of 2016, Emily wrote her first book titled I Choose the Sky. It is a scriptural devotion with reflections on seventeen women in the Bible and what women can learn from their lives, decisions, and encounters with Christ. In the spring 0f 2018, Emily released her second book titled Go Bravely: Becoming the Woman You Were Created to Be. This book unpacks 20 ways a young Christian woman can incorporate her faith into her daily life. In 2020, Emily self-published her first children’s book God’s Glorious Girl, and wrote her fourth book in the Fall of 2020, titled Awaken My Heart, which is a yearly devotional for Christian women of all ages. Her newest self-published children’s book, God’s Brave Boy released in the summer of 2021. Fr. Ken Geraci

Fr. Ken Geraci lived the life of the prodigal son for most of his young adult life.  Raised in a nominal Catholic family who only lived the externals of the faith, Fr. Ken left the Catholic Church for many years.   During that time he worked as a business professional in Advanced R&D and software testing; a few years into his career he joined a few of his co-workers in establishing a 4.5M Internet software company.  Focused on money, fitness and success, he made little room for God; but God did not give up on him. During this journey, God presented him with challenges that forced him to question his personal beliefs and the question “What is Truth?”  Through a series of conversions, years of struggle, study and questioning, Fr. Ken found his way from agnosticism, to non-denominational Christianity and ultimately back to the Catholic Church.

Fr. Ken joined the Fathers of Mercy in 2006 and was ordained in 2012.  Having lived a secular existence, Fr. Ken has a great understanding of the personal and societal pressures that individuals face and knows what it is like to “hate coming to church.”  This mission is for people of all ages and levels of faith, from those who are madly in love with Jesus, to those who pretty much cannot stand church or religion.

Dave & Lauren Moore
Founders of Catholic Music Initiative

Dave Moore is a joy filled disciple who seeks to honor God through his music, ministry, and family. A devoted Singer-songwriter, producer, and liturgist, Dave puts the bride of Christ before his artistic ambitions. Their work strives to build a bridge between contemporary and traditional isles, while summoning engagement and enlivening the hearts of the faithful to enter into full union with God in the Mass. At the invitation of Bishop Edward Burns, Dave was instrumental in the strategic execution of the Diocese of Dallas televised Mass—a ministry that was born as a response to the global pandemic, and continues to bear much fruit for the people in North Texas and beyond. Dave’s deepest desire is to see a unified church, where the Eucharistic Lord has primary place in the hearts of the faithful, rightly honored, adored, and worshiped. Dave resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Lauren, and their daughter.

Lauren Moore is a wife and mother who seeks to inspire God’s people through beautiful music that orients people to God. Alongside her husband Dave, Lauren founded the Catholic Music Initiative and has sung and directed over a thousand recordings since the ministry's genesis. Lauren studied vocal performance at Texas A&M Corpus Christi and The University of Texas at Austin. She has performed in many parts of the world, namely Germany and Austria. Lauren loves to sing opera, but more recently has enjoyed singing sacred chant. She currently sings and arranges chant for CMI’s partnership with the Hallow app. At the invitation of Bishop Edward Burns, Lauren serves as the Cantor for the Diocese of Dallas Televised Mass; a Mass that reached over 200,000 households a week during the pandemic, and continues to bless people in North Texas and beyond.
