The entry-level Accountant reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and will be responsible for a variety of accounting duties and certain operational support duties.
Accountant responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and assisting with Donor Management System updates and maintenance. A successful Accountant will be familiar with all basic accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers, be able to multi-task, prioritize and organize, as well as be able to maintain trust, integrity, and a positive attitude, all of which support our Catholic values and culture.
This position is responsible for the design, execution and deployment of communications and marketing for Fullness of Truth Catholic Evangelization Ministries. The Communications Coordinator will engage, inform and connect Fullness of Truth conference attendees, donors and the general public through messaging that is comprehensive, consistent, high-quality and multi-channel.
Essential responsibilities include creating and maintaining content across digital channels: website, social media, and email marketing. The Communications Coordinator will also create graphics, flyers, videos, etc. for conferences and events.
The Conference Coordinator reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and assists with planning and executing multiple conferences in a variety of locations each year.
Conference Coordinator responsibilities include working with Organization Management to plan, promote and execute conferences from idea stage through completion and wrap-up. A successful Conference Coordinator should be familiar with all aspects of concurrent event planning, be able to multi-task, prioritize and organize, as well as be able to maintain trust, integrity and a positive attitude, all of which support our Catholic values and culture.
