Steve Cyboran and his wife Jocelyn have three children, Caroline, George, and Hugh. Steve Cyboran is an actuary and innovator around people, rewards, and benefits. In 2016, he founded his own company dedicated to working with organizations to create healthy workplace and educational cultures, where people thrive, enabling the organization to thrive.
Steve graduated with distinction from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Mathematics. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and former President of the Chicago Chapter of the Disability Management Employers Coalition.
Growing up in a large Catholic family of 12 children with approximately 80 cousins, he is now the black sheep of his family with only 3 children (all his siblings have more than 3 children with a total of 82 grandchildren and 54 great-grandchildren and growing). When he was a young adult, he started a young adult ministry at his childhood parish of St. Thomas of Villanova in Palatine, IL.
He is a member of Saint Martha Catholic Church in Kingwood, Texas where is actively involved with the Knights of Columbus, SHINE Catholic Missions, Life Teen Confirmation 1 Core Team, and the ACTS community.
Steve appreciates the opportunity to serve on the Fullness of Truth Missionary Outreach Advisory Board and the Finance & Developmental Advisory Board. One of his favorite ministries is when he has the opportunity to serve warm home cooked meals and interact with the homeless under the highways through the Fullness of Truth Table Ministry.
Other interests include running, golf, basketball, gardening, grilling, board and card games, and family.
