Chris Aubert (MC: pronounced “Oh-Bear”) converted from Jewish to Catholic at the Easter Vigil Mass in 1997. He has been married to Rhonda since 1994, and they have six children, ranging in age from 8 to 24. The Auberts lost their home in Covington, Louisiana, in Hurricane Katrina, and now live in Southlake, Texas, just outside Dallas.
By vocation, Chris is a lawyer representing businesses and corporate entities in civil litigation. By avocation, he is a Catholic apologist, evangelist, and writer, with a focus in the pro-life and pro-family areas.
He was the host of the nationally syndicated “Right Here, Right Now” daily radio program on Immaculate Heart Radio, with a weekly audience of up to 500,000 people, and now appears regularly on Relevant Radio. He is also a regular speaker around the country on life issues and apologetics. He has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, The Coming Home Network, Catholic Answers, The Catholic Channel, Closer Walk Ministries Television, Envoy Magazine, Legatus Magazine, and others.
Chris also has a long history in sports, including hosting a nationwide radio sports call-in talk show; working as a sportswriter for the New Orleans Times-Picayune newspaper; working in public relations for the New Orleans Jazz NBA team, and as a board member of the New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame.
Chris is also involved in many charitable and religious boards and groups, including as a fourth degree Sir Knight and three-time Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus; as a member of Legatus, an international organization of practicing Catholic CEOs, Presidents, Managing Partners, and Business Owners; and as a former board member of Fullness of Truth Catholic Evangelization Ministries.
He is currently working on a book titled Real Men Don’t Kill Their Kids.
