Conference Event Description

We are all called to sainthood.  Yes, even our “mug shots” are supposed to be on future holy cards - but since we’re fallen, that’s just not going to happen on its own.  It requires a process.  It’s certainly not safe and wise to just simply “muddle around” in all the muck of this world, haphazardly hoping to be in a “state of grace” when Jesus comes back.  No, what we all need is an effective, and authentically Catholic spiritual formation plan.  Therefore, Fullness of Truth offers you a truly transformative encounter with many "hidden" truths of The Holy Mass and the Blessed Sacrament - truths embraced by most all theologians, saints and mystics, but sadly and too often, have not been passed on to average, even “life-long Catholics” in a meaningful way.  Once grasped, this “Science of Sainthood” may be then unleashed and practically employed towards the ultimate target of the Holy Mass and all the Sacraments – that is, an intimate Spiritual Life and Union with Our Lord and Creator!

So, this Fall, on November 4th & 5th, 2023 at the Crown Plaza Hotel of Baton Rouge, LA, in the midst of our great national Catholic Eucharistic Revival, Fullness of Truth-Louisiana invites you to a timely and supernaturally powerful event entitled, “The Eucharist & The Spiritual Life: Moving Through the Science of Sainthood”.  Take your Spiritual Life to new depths and make serious progress towards divine life in Jesus Christ with the Founder of the online spiritual formation platform, the “Science of Sainthood”, MATTHEW LEONARD; the Louisiana-native and internationally-renown scripture scholar, prolific author and Augustine Institute professor/theologian DR. BRANT PITRE; and the engaging theologian and Bible Projects Managing Editor for the Augustine Institute, CURTIS MITCH; and with Sacred Music provided by The Vigil Project.  This conference was designed for you and for all Christians, to focus on one foundational truth:  that again, everything in Catholicism; the Holy Mass, and the Sacraments such as the Holy Eucharist, are ultimately ordered to your “Interior Life”, that is, to your intimacy with the God of the Universe.  Our Lord, Jesus Christ said that this is the “one thing” necessary for one simple reason – it’s how YOU get to heaven!

Just as you grow up in the natural life from infancy, to adolescence, and then to adulthood, the same thing happens in the SUPERNATURAL life.  In fact, there is a systematic path laid out by the spiritual giants of our faith that shows us how that actually happens.  Catholic spirituality – the Interior Life – is the most important “life” of them all.  Again, since Jesus Christ HIMSELF says it’s the “one thing” necessary in Luke chapter 10 when He effectively says, “Listen up, this is the ONE thing necessary”; to sit at my feet and grow in relationship with me.  We should all then pay very close attention!  We should focus our gaze on all the things that make up a relationship such as this.  Meditative and Contemplative Prayer.  Grace.  Virtue.  Vice.  Sin.  The Gifts of the Spirit.  The 3 Stages of the “Spiritual Life”, and a whole host of other items that make up the treasure of authentic Catholic spirituality – the “Science of Sainthood”.  The path of following Jesus is an ancient and storied spiritual tradition.  Yet many believers are not even familiar with the three major forms of prayer, and the three stages of spiritual growth that exist to bring them closer to God.

Yes, you should know your apologetics.  Yes, you should know your Bible.  Yes, you should know doctrine.  However, when you stand before God at the end of your life, He isn’t going to ultimately care if you can recite this or that passage, argument, or dogma.  Those are important, but at the end of that Day, He’s really examining your level of relationship with Him.  Do you really know Him?  Do you really love Him?  Have you been in real communion with Him BEFORE that moment of Judgment?  Because if you haven’t, he’s going to say, “I never knew you, Depart from me.” (Matt 7).

There is simply nothing that can substitute for a deep intimacy with the Lord.  Remember, it’s the “one thing” necessary.  The problem is that most of us weren’t really taught what that intimacy looks like or how to make it happen.  Even “good” Catholics often feel like they’re not making any real spiritual progress.  If we can embrace the ancient mystical teaching from spiritual giants like saints Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila, Francis de Sales, and a whole host of others, everything will change.  Like bursting out of a black-and-white world into hi-def Catholic technicolor, your Spiritual Life will take off, and your experience of the Catholic faith will never be the same.  This conference was designed to walk you step-by-step, down the path to a Divine Intimacy you never dreamed of.  This encounter will certainly “connect all the dots” of the Spiritual Life and help lay out a path to transformation that can radically change your life, and eternity, in a very real and practical way.  Then, in turn, this event will inspire in you renewed devotion and enthusiasm for the “Source & Summit” of our faith…..the Most Holy Eucharist!

We all need help to grow spiritually, especially when it comes to cultivating a life of prayer and holiness.  So, take your Spiritual Life to the “next level” with the “Science of Sainthood”.  It’s the “one thing” necessary that will radically transform your relationship with God and open your eyes and heart to a richer, deeper, and more fulfilling life both now and forever.  Let the dynamic and eloquent experts we’ve assembled and delivered to you show you the way.  No matter what the condition of your Spiritual Life is now, or how much you already know about the Holy Mass and the Blessed Sacrament, the "secrets" revealed and revisited will no doubt bring you to a new, personal "Emmaus" experience, again and again, at every future Mass attended!  Don’t miss it!
