For all the “doubting Thomas’ in us, “ the Fullness of Truth Catholic Evangelization Ministries is offering its St. Thomas the Apostle Series. First, Dr. Gilbert Lavoie, physician, researcher, writer and lecturer will be speaking at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, February 7, 2004 on the Shroud of Turin. The Shroud is believed by many to be the burial cloth of Christ.

Dr. Gilbert Lavoie, physician and Shroud researcher will be speaking on the
Shroud of Turin which many believe to be the burial cloth of Jesus Christ. Dr.
Lavoie's fascination with the Shroud led him to participate and become part of
the world-wide research to authenticate the Shroud. His research, however, took
and unexpected turn. Dr. Lavoie has traveled throughout the country giving
lectures and talks on his research and those of others concerning the Shroud of
Turin as well as his reflections from his work. He has published a number of
books and produced tapes on the subject.
